• easyJet has today announced a new route from Newcastle Airport to Larnaca in Cyprus for next summer

• The airline is also launching nine new routes this winter from Newcastle to Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Fuerteventura, Hurghada, Krakow Marrakech, Reykjavík and Rovaniemi.

easyJet has today put a new route and package holidays on sale from Newcastle Airport to Larnaca in Cyprus for next summer.
Flights will start on 31 March 2027 and will operate once a week on Wednesdays.
With beautiful beaches, a bustling seafront and plenty of Cypriot charm, Larnaca offers the perfect Mediterranean getaway, with its famous Salt Lake adding to the city’s natural attractions.
For added convenience, customers can book a package holiday through easyJet holidays, which includes flights, hotel, 23kg luggage and transfers.
The new route demonstrates the airline’s continued commitment to customers in the North East following the launch of its base at Newcastle Airport in March 2026.
Since launching its base easyJet has more than quadrupled its network from Newcastle and six additional routes will take off this winter to Barcelona, Berlin, Copenhagen, Fuerteventura, Hurghada, Krakow Marrakech, Reykjavík and Rovaniemi.
