ED&I Workforce Engagement

We are committed to adopting, embedding and promotion of equality and diversity at Newcastle International Airport. We work hard to maintain an inclusive culture that is free from discrimination and based upon the values of dignity, courtesy and respect. We value and welcome our employee's differences, and we challenge non-inclusive behaviour, which is reflected in our policies, 'code of practice' and awards. 

Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group is made up of colleague from across the business and is tasked with championing a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. 

The group assess our culture and review our policies and practices whilst looking for opportunities to improve equality, diversity and inclusion. The group will provide feedback to the business where appropriate to support the company’s goals.
