Jet2.com and Jet2holidays announces expanded Winter Sun programme for 2023/24 from Newcastle Airport

10th August 2022: With continued demand for Winter Sun from local holidaymakers, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have today put an expanded Winter Sun programme on sale from Newcastle Airport for Winter 23/24 – including a new winter route to Malta.

The UK’s third largest airline and leading tour operator to many destinations across the Mediterranean and Canary Islands have an exciting range of Winter Sun destinations on sale from Newcastle Airport for next winter. In yet more good news, the companies’ Ski and City Winter 23/24 destinations going on sale from Newcastle Airport will be announced next month too.  

With 12 popular Winter Sun destinations going on sale from Newcastle Airport, the unrivalled programme includes a brand-new route from the base for Winter 23/24 to Malta – with a weekly service.

As the UK’s leading airline and tour operator to Turkey, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are offering more choice to Antalya from Newcastle Airport too – with up to three weekly services departing in Winter 23/24.

The companies continue their industry-leading position when it comes to the Canary Islands (Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura), with up to 22 weekly departures to the Canaries from Newcastle Airport next winter. In addition, services will operate to Spain (Malaga and Alicante), Majorca (Palma), Portugal (Faro and Madeira) and Cyprus (Paphos).
