Can I cancel a reservation?

Passengers can cancel their reservation for free up until two days before departure. Any cancellations made within two calendar days of your scheduled arrival time will be subject to a £5.00 cancellation fee.

We are only able to offer a refund if we have received a cancellation notice before your booked arrival date. Alternatively, you can contact our team direct at [email protected]
