Upon arrival, drive through our state-of-the-art inspection booths before parking outside our office. Check your vehicle in with one of our customer representatives before making the 1-minute walk to Airport check-in.
Your car will be stored in a secure Airport location whilst you are away before being delivered back to the Premium Meet & Greet car park ready for your return.

The facility includes extra wide spaces and a covered walkway to the terminal. The car park is fitted with ANPR cameras for extra security, allowing easy entry and exit for customer. Simply park up and make the short walk to Airport check-in.

The Express Pick Up and Drop Off car park is located immediately outside the terminal at Newcastle International Airport and offers the most convenient and hassle-free facility for picking up or dropping off passengers. To find out where this car park is located,please click here.
The car park is ticketless, camera systems record vehicle entry and exit and an appropriate tariff is requested on exit. From March 2026, cash payments will no longer be accepted at exit. All payments must be made via credit or debit card. Drivers who prefer to pay with cash may continue to do so, however, cash payments must be completed at one of the designated cash payment machines.
The car park is suitable for any vehicles with a maximum of 7 seats. Any vehicles with more than this are advised to use the Minibus / Van Car Park.

The Minibus/Van parking facility is located directly in front of the terminal, adjacent to the Express car park. The facility has a maximum height restriction of 2.9m and should be used by all Minibus/Van vehicles, as well as any vehicle with over 7 seats.
There is a pay on foot ticket machine available in the car park or in the terminal. Exit for the Minibus / Van Parking Facility is via the Short Stay 1 Car Park. To find out where our car parks are located, please click here.
Any specially adapted disabled vehicle over 2 metres in height, carrying a disabled passenger, will be directed to use the new Minibus / Van Parking Facility. However, on using the pay on foot ticket machine the driver should contact the car parking team who will allow the vehicle to pay the Express car park tariff.

The Airport Waiting Zone is available at Callerton Parkway (postcode: NE13 8DN), next to Callerton Parkway Metro station.
The facility provides a safe area for vehicles to wait before picking passengers up, with up to 90 minutes free parking for taxis, minibuses and public vehicles.
A complimentary shuttle bus service, operating from 3am until 1 hour after the last schedule flight has arrived, transfers passengers between the Waiting Zone and the terminal.
This provides passengers with a convenient and accessible door-to-door service, with the zone located just a few minutes' drive from the terminal.

Newcastle Airport has enhanced its electric vehicle charging facilities with an ultra‑rapid EV charging hub operated by Fastned, located at Callerton Parkway.
Ideally positioned for passengers, local residents, taxi drivers and business fleets, the Fastned hub provides a fast and reliable way to recharge your vehicle before or after your journey.
All charging is powered by 100% renewable energy from solar and wind sources, supporting cleaner, more sustainable travel.

Access for PCV Vehicles (more than 22 seats)
All coaching companies wishing to gain access to the terminal front road system for qualifying coaches (ie. 22 seats or more including the driver), for the purposes of uplifting or setting down passengers wishing to use Newcastle International Airport, will be required to pre booked their access requirements at least 24 hours ahead of arriving at the airport. Access is strictly limited through pre-booking.
