Fire Awareness
Newcastle International Training Academy are accredited to deliver Level 1 & 2 QualSafe awards (RQF). This one-day Fire Warden Training course is more in depth than Fire Awareness training and is especially useful to those with a designated responsibility for fire safety. Participants also experience using a fire extinguisher.

Fire Safety Awareness (QA Level 1 Award) course syllabus includes:
- Causes of fires in the workplace
- Costs of fires in the workplace for employers, employees and society
- Basic fire safety duties and responsibilities
- Actions to be taken in the event of a fire
- Principles of risk control and controlling risks
- Effective risk management
- Risk control and prevention measures
- Safe use of fire-fighting equipment
- Fire safety equipment checks
Fire Warden (Level 2)
Newcastle International Training Academy are accredited to deliver Level 1 & 2 QualSafe awards (RQF). Breathing Apparatus Training
At Newcastle International Training Academy, we offer Breathing Apparatus Initial, Revalidation, Instructor and Wearer courses.

- Physiology of respiration (theory presentation)
- Breathing apparatus set description
