Most airlines ask that you check in at least 2 hours before your flight—so be sure to check their exact guidelines.
Once you’ve checked in, head to the Special Assistance desk which is located opposite to Starbucks
If you need assistance to check in please contact our Special Assistance desk on arrival or use the call point in the carpark.
If you’ve booked special assistance, once checked in, we ask that you arrive at the Special Assistance desk at least 1 hour before your flight. This gives our team enough time to help you comfortably through the airport and get you to your gate on time.
⚠️ If you arrive less than an hour before your flight, we may not be able to guarantee assistance—and you could miss your flight.
If you haven’t let your airline know you need assistance at least 48 hours before you fly, we’ll still do our best to help—but you may need to wait a little longer. Priority will be given to passengers who booked in advance, so the more notice we have, the smoother things will go.
