Using Your Own Mobility Equipment

If you would like to stay in your own wheelchair or scooter right up to the plane, here’s how it works:

• Check in early so your mobility aid can be tagged and the right paperwork completed.
• Head through security to your designated gate, where staff are available to help you board.
• Your mobility aid will be safely stored in the plane’s hold during the flight.
• When you arrive your mobility aid will be collected from the aircraft.
