Booking Assistance

Need Special Assistance? We're Here to Help

If you need a bit of extra help getting through Newcastle Airport, it’s best to let your airline or travel agent know as soon as you can - ideally when you book your flight, or at least 48 hours before you travel. This gives us time to make sure everything’s in place for a smooth journey.

We always recommend booking ahead if you can. But if you haven’t had the chance, don’t worry- we’ll do our best to assist you on the day.

Bringing an Assistance Dog or Mobility Aid?

Planning to travel with an assistance dog or your own wheelchair or mobility scooter? Just let your airline know at least 48 hours in advance so they can make the right arrangements for you.

A Quick Heads-Up

Every airline has its own rules around booking special assistance, so it’s a good idea to double-check with them before you fly to make sure everything’s covered.

Got questions? Feel free to get in touch—we’re here to help make your trip as easy and stress-free as possible.
