easyJet celebrates 15 years based in Newcastle
easyJet, Europe’s leading airline, has today celebrated the 15th anniversary of its base at Newcastle International Airport.
Celebrations have taken place throughout the day at Newcastle International Airport, including an impressive cake for passengers at the easyJet check-in desk, and party food in the crew room for the pilots and cabin crew who operated the day’s flights.
Some lucky passengers on board the flight to Geneva won fantastic prizes as part of the celebrations, including a voucher for 2 easyJet return flights to anywhere across the network, and an Italian afternoon tea for 2 with prosecco at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel here in Newcastle.
