Every manager should have an understanding of their responsibilities when it comes to health and safety. The IOSH Managing Safely training is a flexible course for staff in management and supervisory positions from any sector in any organisation.

IOSH Managing Safely gives delegates the latest information on the practical actions they need to take to handle health and safety in their teams. Managing Safely will give them the knowledge and tools to tackle the issues that they are responsible for. Importantly, it also explains why health and safety is such an essential part of their job.

IOSH Working Safely

The IOSH Working Safely training is a one-day course for people at any level, in any sector, who need a grounding in health and safety.

Ideal for introducing staff to why health and safety is important, Working safely shows how everyone can make a difference to their own wellbeing and that of others through everyday behaviours. Fun and interactive, the course focuses on best practice rather than legislation.

The course syllabus includes:

  • Introducing working safely
  • Defining hazard and risk
  • Identifying common hazards
  • Improving safety performance
  • Protecting our environment
