Air France KLM celebrates over 500,000 passengers at Newcastle International Airport in 2015


Air France and KLM together with Newcastle International Airport were celebrating this morning as the airline group celebrated over 500,000 passengers using the airline from Newcastle International in 2015.

Air France and KLM offer daily services from Newcastle International Airport, providing passengers the opportunity to connect to Air France KLM’s worldwide network, at their respective hubs at Paris Charles De Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Air France offers 20 weekly flights while KLM offers up to 28 weekly flights.

Leon McQuaid, Aviation Development Manager at Newcastle International Airport, said: “This is a remarkable number of passengers using Air France and KLM to fly from Newcastle in a single year.
