Lost Property

Please note: This service does not handle calls for baggage lost after check in. Please see Lost Baggage.

For property left in and around the airport terminal including car parks and onboard the aircraft, please contact:

A £3.50 Administration charge will be made to retrieve any items.

Please note the following charges will apply should you wish your lost property to be posted to you by special delivery:

• Small item = £5 + £3.50 administration charge
• Medium item = £10 + £3.50 administration charge
• Large light item = £15 + £3.50 administration charge
• Large heavy item = £20 + £3.50 administration charge

Payment will be required before dispatch. Please note this office is open between 09:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 15:00.
