Please note: This service does not handle calls for baggage lost after check-in. Please see Lost Baggage.
This service may be operated by a voicemail system at busy times. Please be prepared to leave a message giving your name, telephone number and a full description of your lost property. Messages are retrieved daily, however we will only be able to return your call if we have identified your property.
A £7 administration charge will be made to collect any found items. Collection times are between 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00 Monday to Friday only. Property will be held for three months. Any property not claimed in this time will be disposed of securely.
Please note: The following charges will apply should you wish your lost property to be posted to you by special delivery:
- Small item - £6 + £12 administration charge
- Medium item - £11 + £12 administration charge
- Large light item - £16 + £12 administration charge
- Large heavy item - please call 0191 214 3367 for a quote
Payment will be required before dispatch.
easyJet operate their own lost property service. If you have left property on board one of their aircraft please contact 0191 214 4166.
Please note that passports found at the airport are returned directly to HM Passport Office to protect the identity of the owner. No records are kept of lost passports at Newcastle Airport.
