Our charges for commercial filming & photography are as follows:

Landside (all publicly accessible areas of the airport)
£250 per hour

Airside (all security restricted areas of the airport)
£550 per hour

Escorts
£100 per escort for up to 4 hours
One escort is required per 6 people to be escorted airside.
Escort(s) or the presence/assistance of airport staff may be required landside dependent upon the details of the film/photography shoot

Other charges
Other charges may be made to cover unusual or additional resource requirements. Such costs will be discussed and agreed prior to a film/photography shoot.
Exclusions
- Security staff, areas or procedures cannot be filmed or photographed.
- Customers or staff may not be filmed, photographed or interviewed without the prior permission of the Airport Company or the Airline/Tour Operator.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 working days notice
- Copy of public liability insurance certificate (min of £2m landside and £40m airside)
- Copy of risk assessment/method statement
- Invoice address/details
