Newcastle International Airport is committed to making sure that the Airport is run in a way that has minimum impact on the surrounding environment. 

As part of this commitment the Airport Company has produced an Environmental Policy which forms part of the Environmental Management System (EMS).  A number of key objectives have been set within the Environmental Policy to ensure that airport activities meet environmental best practice.
